Features
The 245 mm tool and 70–100 BPM impact rate deliver strong breaking force for hard rock, concrete structures, and other demanding materials.
The high mounting position provides efficient direct force transmission and is particularly effective for vertical breaking.
The Top Mounted structure provides a wider working angle, making the breaker suitable for demolition, tunneling, trenching, and underwater applications.
The robust structure is built for demanding work while maintaining practical access for routine inspection and maintenance.

FAQ
The BLT-245 is designed for 90–130 ton excavators. Before installation, confirm the carrier’s hydraulic system, attachment weight, and mounting dimensions.
The recommended working oil flow is 450–550 L/min, with a working pressure of 300–330 bar and a relief pressure of 350 bar. It uses a 1½-inch oil hose.
Regularly inspect the tool, wear parts, hydraulic hoses, mounting connections, lubrication points, and nitrogen pressure. The official Beilite wear guide also specifies replacement limits for the BLT-245 tool, pin, and bushing, so wear should be checked regularly.
