BEILITE excavator hydraulic breakers are specifically designed for a wide range of excavators, suitable for machines weighing from 0.8 metric tons to over 100 metric tons. They can be used for urban construction, pipeline excavation, and road repair, as well as for mining and rock crushing.

Beilite’s compact and efficient skid-steer series is designed to handle the skid-steer loaders’ typical maneuverability and confined working spaces. It offers an excellent power-to-weight ratio.

Is designed specifically for backhoe loaders. It perfectly meets the operational requirements of these machines for versatility and high mobility. We designed the breaker to be strong and to last a long time. We did this by studying how the backhoe loader’s rear arm holds up under pressure. It can be used for emergency municipal repairs, water conservation projects, or rural road construction. It can be used to quickly move equipment around and efficiently stop operations.

To meet the need to break up hard rock in agriculture, forestry, rural infrastructure construction, and orchard land reclamation, Beilite has developed a hydraulic breaker that works with tractors (and three-point hitch/front loader systems).

The internal spools in this series have been optimized to match the pressure and flow characteristics of tractor hydraulic systems. They maintain a stable operating frequency and impact force even at low engine speeds.

It’s a great choice for improving farmland, digging irrigation ditches, and leveling land in rural areas because it’s affordable and easy to use.

In dangerous demolition situations, remote-controlled demolition robots are the most important piece of equipment. Beilite’s hydraulic breakers are specially made for demolition robots. They have a lot of power and are designed to reduce vibrations and shocks. Precise hydraulic control allows the robot to smoothly switch between very precise micro-strikes and strong strikes. This protects the robot’s arm structure from the impact of the recoil.

Beilite’s stationary crushing arm-specific breaker is used in mining quarries. It is used at the feed openings of jaw and cone crushers, and at grizzly screens.

This product series is made for use in high-intensity, stationary, continuous operations. When used with the hydraulic power unit system of a fixed arm, it can clear a 360° area with no blind spots and can also break up large rock pieces. Its strong outer shell and durable design can handle tough operating conditions involving heavy loads for a long time, making the overall process more efficient and safer.

Using a Beilite hydraulic breaker on a knuckle boom crane makes it very useful for work at heights, over obstacles, or on non-traditional surfaces. Our knuckle boom crane adapters are designed to be lightweight and strong. This makes them able to handle different types of breaking operations at different angles.

People often use these cranes to work on bridges, respond to emergencies, clear slopes, and remove obstacles from far away. They make it so your truck-mounted crane can do many things, which helps your business grow.

Not necessarily so. Higher impact energy yields better results when breaking hard, dense materials such as granite or high-strength reinforced concrete.

However, for softer materials such as asphalt or weathered concrete, maximum force is not always necessary for each break; a higher impact frequency combined with moderate energy actually results in greater efficiency, while excessive force can damage surrounding structures.

For this reason, it is more important to select a breaker whose performance characteristics align with the material than to simply choose the model with the highest rated power.

Removing slag and demolishing refractory bricks in converters, electric furnaces, ladles, and rotary kilns in the metallurgical, steel, and cement industries puts a lot of pressure on attachments. They need to be able to resist high temperatures and protect against dust.

The Beilite demolition hammer is specially designed for dismantling furnaces. It has special high-temperature seals, heat-radiation-resistant coatings, and reinforced steel sleeves. This makes it able to operate reliably in the extreme heat of blast furnaces. It has a strong impact that quickly removes old refractory linings, reducing the time needed.
