Features
With a 400–800 BPM impact rate and 75 mm chisel, the BLT-75 delivers consistent breaking performance for concrete, rock and other hard materials.
Designed for 50–90 L/min working oil flow and 120–150 bar working pressure, supporting stable operation across compatible excavators.
The robust breaker structure is engineered to withstand demanding working conditions and repeated impact loads.
Maintenance-focused construction provides convenient access to key components, helping simplify routine inspection and servicing.
Key wear components, including the chisel and bushing, are designed for demanding applications and can be replaced when wear reaches the specified limits.
The hydraulic system incorporates an accumulator and controlled operating pressure to support consistent breaker performance during continuous work.

FAQ
The BLT-75 should be installed using a suitable mounting bracket and hydraulic connections matched to the carrier. The hydraulic flow and pressure should be checked before operation. The BLT-75 is specified for 50–90 L/min oil flow and 120–150 bar working pressure, so correct hydraulic matching is important for stable performance.
Regular lubrication, inspection of the chisel and bushing, checking hydraulic connections, and monitoring nitrogen pressure are important maintenance tasks. The BLT-75 uses 14–17 bar back-head nitrogen pressure and 55–60 bar accumulator pressure according to Beilite’s specifications.
Common replacement and wear parts include the chisel, chisel pin, front bushing, seals and other internal components. Beilite recommends replacing wear parts when they reach their specified limits to maintain breaker performance and prevent further component damage.
