Features

The MIC shock-absorption system and enclosed housing help reduce noise during heavy-duty breaking.

The shock-absorbing structure helps minimise vibration transferred to the excavator during operation.

Reinforced components and a 280 mm chisel support continuous breaking of hard rock and concrete.

The hydraulic system operates at 300–330 bar working pressure, with a 60–90 BPM impact rate for large-scale breaking applications.

BLT-280 Silenced Hydraulic Breaker

The BLT-280 Silenced Hydraulic Breaker is designed for 120–200 ton excavators and heavy-duty applications including mining, quarrying, large-scale demolition, tunnelling, underwater work and road construction. Its enclosed silenced housing uses MIC shock-absorption technology to reduce operating noise and vibration while maintaining the impact performance required for demanding breaking work.

FAQ

A:

The BLT-280 is designed for 120–200 ton excavators. Specific carrier compatibility should be confirmed according to the excavator’s hydraulic system and mounting dimensions.
