Features
The 215 mm chisel and 90–120 BPM impact rate provide consistent breaking force for large rock, concrete, and other hard materials.
The elevated mounting position increases direct impact force, making the breaker well suited to vertical demolition and heavy breaking work.
The tower-type design provides a wide working angle for demolition, tunneling, trenching, and other challenging working positions.
The simplified construction provides practical access for servicing and helps make routine maintenance easier.

FAQ
The BLT-215 is designed for 65–75 ton excavators. Official compatible examples include Doosan DX680LC-9C, Caterpillar E374, Sany SY650/SY750, XCMG XE600/XE650, and other similar machines.
The recommended working oil flow is 360–420 L/min, with a working pressure of 280–300 bar and a relief pressure of 350 bar. It uses a 1½-inch hydraulic hose.
Operators should regularly inspect the chisel, wear parts, hydraulic hoses, mounting connections, lubrication points, and nitrogen pressure. Keeping the hydraulic system within the specified flow and pressure range helps maintain stable performance and reduce unnecessary wear.
