Features
The 210 mm chisel and 90–120 BPM impact rate provide strong, consistent impact performance for hard rock and concrete.
The elevated mounting position concentrates impact force, making the Top Mounted design effective for vertical breaking.
The tower-type structure provides a wide working angle for demolition, tunneling, trenching, and other difficult working positions.
The maintenance-focused structure provides convenient access for routine servicing and helps support longer component service life.

FAQ
The BLT-210 is designed for 60–75 ton excavators. Official compatible examples include Caterpillar 365 and E355, Komatsu PC600/650 and PC750/800, Hitachi EX800, Sany SY600/SY650, Volvo EC700, and other similar machines.
The recommended working oil flow is 340–400 L/min, with a working pressure of 280–300 bar and a relief pressure of 350 bar. It uses a 1½-inch hydraulic hose.
Operators should regularly inspect the chisel, wear parts, hydraulic hoses, mounting connections, lubrication points, and nitrogen pressure. Beilite also recommends regular greasing and wear inspection to maintain stable breaker performance.
