Features
The 100–140 BPM impact rate provides consistent breaking performance for rock, concrete structures, and other hard materials.
The elevated tower configuration provides a direct impact path, helping concentrate force at the working point.
The Top Mounted design provides wider working angles, making the breaker suitable for vertical, horizontal, and trenching applications.
The breaker uses a robust structure designed for demanding working conditions, while maintaining practical access for routine maintenance.

FAQ
The BLT-195 is designed for 50–60 ton excavators. Official compatible examples include Doosan DX480/DX490/DX520, JCB JS450, Caterpillar 345/349D, Hitachi ZAX450/470/490, Sany SY465/SY485, Komatsu PC450/460/PC500, Volvo EC460/480, and other similar carriers.
The recommended working oil flow is 260–310 L/min, with a working pressure of 260–280 bar and a relief pressure of 310 bar. It uses a 1¼-inch hydraulic hose.
Operators should regularly inspect the chisel, wear parts, hydraulic hoses, mounting connections, lubrication points, and nitrogen pressure. Keeping the hydraulic system within the specified flow and pressure range helps maintain stable performance and control component wear.
