Features
The 235 mm chisel and 80–110 BPM impact rate provide strong impact performance for large rock, concrete structures, and other hard materials.
The elevated mounting position helps concentrate impact force, making the breaker particularly effective for vertical breaking.
The tower-type structure provides a wider working range for demolition, tunneling, trenching, and other complex applications.
The robust construction and simplified design help reduce maintenance requirements and support reliable operation in demanding conditions.

FAQ
The BLT-235 is designed for 75–100 ton excavators. The carrier’s hydraulic system, mounting dimensions, and attachment weight should be confirmed before installation.
The recommended working oil flow is 420–480 L/min, with a working pressure of 300–330 bar and a relief pressure of 350 bar. It uses a 1½-inch hydraulic hose.
Operators should regularly inspect the chisel, wear parts, hydraulic hoses, mounting connections, lubrication points, and nitrogen pressure. Beilite also specifies wear limits for the BLT-235 chisel, pin, and bushing, which should be checked during routine maintenance.
